**To make corners with the fences on balconies or roof-terasses (see screenshot at doors&windows) there is a little trick. You need the transparent floor from
Caro´s Sim Kagen (at special floors) to lay down a one tile width floor around your balcony. On this floor you can place your fences and now you can use the whole place of the balcony to place other objects.
